2.5 oz Sin Mix
.75 oz Lime juice
.25 oz Simple syrup
small pinch of salt
Instructions

Sin Mix: 1 part Aperol/3 parts Combier Orange/6 parts St. George citrus Vodka. Infuse mix with 2 parts dried hibiscus flowers, stirring occasionally for 30-45 minutes.

1 oz elderflower liqueur
Champagne top
1 pear slice
Instructions

1.5 oz Organic Avenue apple juice

Ingredients
3 oz TYKU Black Sake
2 oz blackberry purée
1 oz Lillet Blanc

Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a hibiscus-flower rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a red rose petal.
Red, White, and Blue Nectar
1.5 oz Blue Nectar Reposado Extra Blend
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz cranberry juice
.75 oz orange liqueur
4 lime quarters and 1 lime wheel
Instructions
Muddle the lime quarters with the simple syrup in a shaking tin. Add tequila, orange liqueur, and cranberry juice. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

Ingredients
8-10 blueberries
2 oz vodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1-2 oz pinot noir

Muddle fresh blueberries at the bottom of a double old fashioned glass and top with ice. Add vodka, lemon, and simple syrup to a mixing glass and shake vigorously until chilled and combined. Strain over ice and blueberries. Carefully pour wine over a spoon into the cocktail to create a red wine “float.”

1 oz. Heaven Hill 6-year bourbon
2 dashes peach bitters
.5 oz. Mathilde Peche peach liqueur
Sparkling wine
Instructions
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into flute, top with sparkling wine, and garnish with mint sprig.
100 Mile Blueberry Cocktail
1/8 cup juice of fresh muddled huckleberries (or blueberries)
5 tsp organic cane sugar
1.5 oz Teton Glacier Vodka (or other potato vodka)
Dash of vanilla
Garnish with berries & local Wyoming smoked cheddar.
