Thornbridge and Jks Restaurants Partner to Support Hospitality Action

Thornbridge brewery is partnering with JKS Restaurants to donate a share of the sales from their collaboration brew to help fight the coronavirus crisis

The idea to collaborate on a beer for JKS’ Brigadiers came about in spring 2018, when the Indian restaurant fist opened. With all on-trade venues now suffering the consequences of the covid-19 pandemic, Thornbridge and JKS Restaurants have agreed to donate £2 from the sale of every case of 4th Rifles to Hospitality Action.

‘Whilst all are facing unprecedented challenges just now we feel it’s so important to give something back to the industry that supports us,’ commented Thornbridge co-founder and owner Simon Webster.

‘We have a fantastic relationship with JKS Restaurants and they welcomed the idea of us donating some of the profits from 4th Rifles to this worthy cause. We have seen such kindness, generosity and support at this difficult time which is so reflective of the wonderful industry which we are a part of.’

The beer is a 4.5% abv session pale ale that the brewery describes as ‘citrus led’, and ‘with juicy tropical notes’.
