Ingredients
2 oz Scots Highland Whisky
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz sweet red wine
Directions
Add the Scots Highland whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake well.
Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
Gently pour the wine over the back of a spoon to create a layer of wine on top.
