Red Wine Stewed Chicken Wings


Chicken wings 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
Onions 2, chopped
Carrots 1⁄2 Pound
Thyme 1 Teaspoon
Dominio Del Rey Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tomatoes 1⁄2 Pound


With a sharp knife, cut the chicken wings at joints. Put a non stick fry pan on flame, do not put oil or butter. When the pan gets heated, put chicken wings in it and brown the wings evenly from both sides. Add onions, carrots and thyme in the pan and stir and pour Dominio Del Rey Red wine. Add water to the pan and stir add cherry tomatoes.
Cover the pan and let the ingredients cook for sometime

Serve hot with Small Chops or any meal of your choice
