We blended Vanilla Shakeology with creamy Neufchâtel cheese, Greek yogurt, and….(wait for it…)…frozen cauliflower rice for a luxuriously smooth shake.

Frozen cauliflower provides extra creaminess and since it’s so mild-tasting, you’ll never even know it’s in your shake.

Lemon zest adds a zingy, tart note to balance the flavors, with a sprinkling of Graham crackers to finish.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey (or Vanilla Plant-Based Vegan) Shakeology
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • cup reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt 
  • oz. Neufchatel cheese (approx. 3 Tbsp.)
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped lemon peel (lemon zest)
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed Graham crackers, divided use


  • Place water, ice, Shakeology, cauliflower rice, yogurt, Neufchatel, and 1 Tbsp. Graham crackers in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  • Sprinkle remaining 1 Tbsp. Graham crackers on top just before serving.
