Ingredients
  • 44 ounce Sea Bass
  • 1teaspoon Pritikin® All-Purpose Seasoning*Available at PritikinFoods.com
  • 1teaspoon Pritikin Shake it SeasoningAvailable at PritikinFoods.com
  • 3 orangesZest & Juice
  • 2teaspoons gingersliced
  • .25cup apple juice
  • .25cup apple cider vinegar
  • .5cup white wine
Instructions
  1. Mix dry spices together and coat Sea Bass.
  2. In a hot skillet sear fish for 2 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cover.
  4. Lower heat and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
