If you’ve been waiting for the beloved White Russian to make a comeback, now may be the time.
A Chicago bar is opening up a “Big Lebowski”-themed pop-up beginning this December 21. The Dude’s Abode will be open every Wednesday through Saturday until mid-February inside Ukrainian Village’s Rookery.
The drink menu will feature a trio of White Russians, in addition to other “Lebowski”-inspired cocktails like the Nobody F*cks with the Jesus (aguardiente, blanc vermouth, creme de violette, Amaro Meletti, orange bitters and butterfly pea flower extract) and the Shut the F*ck Up, Donny (Three Sheets barrel-aged rum, blue curaçao, Velvet falernum, Peychaud’s bitters, Angostura bittersand Folgers instant coffee).
The Rookery previously hosted a Fleetwood Mac pop-up last summer, complete with a tarot card reader.
As long as they don’t play any Eagles, we’re there.
