12 Beer Cocktails That Are Surprisingly Delicious

Despite what certain college-era rhymes may have suggested, mixing beer with booze can be a winning combination. The slight bitterness and bright effervescence of beer give a lift to cocktails that makes them exceptionally easy-drinking (and, conveniently, lower in ABV.) Here are some of the tastiest recipes that prove it.

Pig Nose Negroni

Ingredients

1 oz Pig’s Nose Scotch
1 oz Punt e Mes sweet vermouth
1 oz Campari
1 oz Stone Smoked Porter

Imagine a bloody mary and a beer had a savory, lightly spicy, highly refreshing baby and you’ve got this classic beer cocktail.
